Wytwórnia Ślubów was established in 2010 and is a wedding agency specialising in the organisation of wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions. We form a trusted team of specialists in stress-free parties.

Wytwórnia Ślubów consists of qualified Wedding Planners composed of: Magdalena Zięba-Wypych, Agnieszka Kudela, Bogna Bojanowska and Kornelia Bernacka with the support of a team of Coordinators.
We have branches in Katowice, Kielce, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Kraków, Warsaw and Wrocław. We believe in love, we do what we love and we want to share this love with you.

Our reputation is the result of over a dozen years of work and every day we try to expand our knowledge in the field of wedding organisation. Wytwórnia Ślubów® is a brand under which we operate since 2010, and before that we organised wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions in catering companies and renowned hotels in Poland and abroad. We also ran one of the first online Wedding Portals and Wedding Organisers in Poland – PobieramySię.
When creating the event, we focus on the best and proven partners. We are here to support you, serve you with experience in all decisions and topics that require care related to the organisation of the wedding ceremony and wedding reception. Since 2015, we have been sharing our knowledge and experience by running the Wytwórnia Ślubów’s Academy where we train future wedding consultants. We organise the most frequently chosen Wedding Planner course in Poland.

We realise that organising wedding receptions for people who have never done it is a real challenge. You can be sure that we control everything, because your peace is the most important. Therefore, taking care of your comfort, we have created a unique online tool to organise your wedding reception.
We are talking about the “Couples Zone”, in which you will find all documentation, schedules, contracts, tables, receipts and confirmation of transfers, and the most important document, which is the Wedding Day Scenario. This allows unlimited access to the entire prepared process from anywhere in the world.
We will help you plan the wedding reception, or – according to your wishes – we will organise everything for you.
We will prepare a plan that will be adapted to your dreams and financial possibilities, and then we will put it into practice.

It all starts with getting to know you, first of all, but also with your dreams, needs and possibilities.
For us, you count from the beginning, not standard questionnaires. That is why we invite you to a face-to-face meeting or via WhatsApp or Skype and tell us about your dreams, desires and vision of your Day.
And when you don’t live in Poland and don’t have much time?
The so-called “distance” weddings are our speciality. One of the most important things was the creation of the “Couples’ zone” – an internet communication channel with all documentation, arrangements and suggestions. You do not have to search for messages or print piles of documents and limit personal contact. Using Skype or WhatsApp we can organise your wedding reception.

During its duration, we will certainly get to know you enough to let you know if you want to cooperate with us and we will define the scope of possibilities and expectations you have and the scope of support.
As many couples as wedding receptions – and each of them is unique and unique and therefore we do not have ready-made offers or solutions. We will choose everything according to your financial capabilities and expectations.
